Returns

We hope that you love your purchase from Nina Be. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 20 days from the date we shipped your order. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To request a return please email us at nina@ninabe.us and we will provide return instructions.

Exchanges:
We do not currently offer exchanges on products. Customers wishing to swap their current product for a different product will need to place a new order for any alternative product and then return the item/s they have for a refund.

Refunds:
Refunds will be made in the form of original payment within 7 days of receiving the goods back in our warehouse. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for funds to show back on your account.
